I would like to report my daughter in law she is called to training dogs.?

She trains dogs and here is her income and has taken this test. But she leaves her dog locked up all day at home, without interest. Also some years ago she had a small dog in the flat she was not in fact care of my children take her dog out and take to the animal. Help would be a sad sign. She is a dog lover no. We have. 2 dogs of our own so we know what we're talking about. She cons people out of money just in. uncaring rock.
