English bull dog with behavior problems …?

i have a 2 year old English Bull dog. She has been trained to use toilets outside all. i walk her time as i can. 3 times per day. Recently she has been doing odd. And she seems to be out of control. i walk her in the morning and she has. pooping in the house when i walk her in the afternoon. She pooped twice in my basement. i try yellin at her and she is not tellin you. Then I walk her again in the afternoon and night, but she is also in the ground. Is there any train her .. she was not before she was able to hold on and wait until I walk her. Pleaseeee help me and then took her to the physics and everything, including a health.

Her first vet check to make sure no health problems. Then back to a 101 burglary and that she was a puppy taught her again.
